General Information

Conference Site

The SEMRC 2003 will be held at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center Tallahassee. Conference organizers have negotiated a block of rooms for the conference; the rate is $65 per night for single or double occupancy.

Meals and Refreshments

Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and lunch and dinner on Saturday will be provided by the conference. Any participant with special dietary requirements should notify the organizers (Hans van Tol or Bill Brey, semrc2003@magnet.fsu.edu) prior to the meeting.

Welcome Reception

An informal reception will take place on Friday evening, October 17, from 18:00 to 19:00. Accompanying guests are welcome to attend.
